1. Delivery areas

We deliver to destinations shown at checkout. If your country or region is unavailable at checkout, we do not currently ship there.

2. Processing times

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page or at checkout.

3. Delivery times

Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are guidance only. Delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, peak periods, local restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, weight, and shipping method. The total price, including any delivery charges, should be shown before purchase.

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will send tracking details after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear.

6. Delivery information

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, extra charges may apply for re-shipment.

7. Split shipments

If your order contains multiple items, we may dispatch them separately. If this happens, we will send tracking details for each shipment where available.

8. Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information.

If the goods are damaged or not in conformity, EU consumer rules provide a minimum 2-year legal guarantee.

9. Customs and import charges

Depending on the destination and shipping route, customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges may apply unless stated otherwise at checkout. These are typically set by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
