EU traders must provide clear information before purchase, including trader identity, contact details, price, delivery costs, and cancellation rights.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

3. Products

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are accurate. Images are illustrative, and minor differences may occur.

All products are subject to availability.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or at checkout. Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown before you complete your order. Payment is processed through secure third-party providers.

5. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it by email or dispatch the goods.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • payment fails
  • a product is unavailable
  • there is an obvious pricing or description error
  • fraud is suspected
  • delivery is not possible

If payment was taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it to the original payment method.

6. Delivery

We deliver to destinations shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You must provide accurate delivery details. If a parcel is returned because of incorrect address information or failed delivery, extra shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer buying online, you generally have the right to withdraw from most distance contracts within 14 days without giving any reason. This period usually starts the day after you receive the goods. Lithuanian and EU rules provide this right, subject to exceptions.

8. Exceptions

The withdrawal right does not apply in all cases, including certain customised goods and other categories excluded by law. Lithuanian guidance expressly notes statutory exceptions.

9. Faulty or non-conforming goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. Consumers in the EU have a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for lack of conformity.

10. Promotions

Discounts, codes, and special offers may have their own conditions, including expiry dates, exclusions, or minimum order values.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including text, branding, graphics, and images, is owned by or licensed to Outcampers and may not be used without permission.

12. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, scrape content unlawfully, or use the site for fraudulent activity.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

In Lithuania, consumers should first address the seller directly. If the seller does not satisfy the request, satisfies it only in part, or fails to reply within 14 days, the consumer may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority for out-of-court dispute resolution.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you additional protection.
